After graduating and applying to countless marketing positions without any success, I took a step back and realized the growing need for effective small business marketing in my hometown. In November 2022, I founded Flutterby to bridge the gap between small businesses and affordable, personalized marketing solutions. Our comprehensive services range from social media management to web design and SEO, all with a focus on building genuine connections with business owners. Beyond marketing, we provide continuous support, one-on-one engagement, and mentorship. The response was overwhelming, and by January 2023, I recognized the need for additional support to maintain our high-quality work. That's when I established an internship program that has proven to be a resounding success. I offer individualized guidance to interns, ensuring their unique perspectives are valued, while encouraging them to explore their interests and actively engage in our work. As of July 2023, we proudly welcomed our first contracted offer from a larger marketing firm to collaborate on the development of a nationwide campaign. This significant milestone marked a remarkable step in Flutterby's growth journey, serving as a testament to just how far we've come in such a short span of time. After less than one year, I am astounded by how rapidly we have grown and the positive impact we've had on our local community. I can’t wait to continue learning and growing, not just in leadership but also in this ever-evolving field.
